2/ This ATO targets wealthy people, mostly couples that are about to marry each other.

3/ Romancetravelconcierge.com sells romance trips for weddings, proposals, honeymoons… It mostly sells packages (flight + stays + activities+ event management…). The main service this ATO offers is to understand customer’s heart desire and considering this understanding to organise your perfect vacations.

4/ Romancetravelconcierge.com doesn’t have any booking engine. Considering the fact that their trademark is to understand and to feel clients’ desires they justify this way the fact that they can not have any booking engine just as expedia.com.

Also people can not comment the ATO’s products which seems to be a big disadvantage in our “socialized” business world.

This ATO’s offer is much more personalised which appears to be logical since it targets the luxury clientele.

5/ This ATO doesn’t seem to have overdeveloped its communication methods… The website seem to be a little bit old-fashioned and the main colour which is brown might not be the most attractive one. The trendy tools such as videos as not emphasized.
However, the website’s presentation is very clear and sober which from my point of view is very appropriate for that kind of luxury ATO. Pictures are attractive and there are even some videos which appear to be a very trendy tool.
